Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide via Australia Post, the cost of shipping is for the regular service and includes postage and handling. For orders within Australia, we generally use flat rate services in the form of prepaid satchels, and for bulky or large orders we send as parcels with tracking. International registered post is available upon request, for an additional fee. Please allow up to three working days for your items to be posted once payment has been cleared.

All items are sold in complete and good condition. If you believe an item is defective you may send it back to us. Returns are accepted within 7 days after the buyer receives the item, the returned item has to be in its original condition and with packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After we have received the faulty product we can provide a replacement depending on stock availability, if stock is not available it can be exchanged for another item of the same/lesser value, we can provide store credit, or we can refund you the cost of the item(s).

Customer Responsibility
The buyer must be aware of their own applicable Federal /State laws in regards to importation and ownership and what is allowed or not allowed to be brought into their country/state. Viking-Division does not warrant that any person(s) may legally purchase, possess or own any or all items offered on this website. By purchasing any item from Viking-Division the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal/State Laws and are legally able to purchase item(s). We are not responsible for item(s) that are seized by Customs or confiscated by law enforcement. The customer is responsible for any taxes incurred by their country/state during the transit process. Once a package has been shipped via Australia Post it is no longer our responsibility.
