Luftwaffe - German Air Corps - WW2 Flag - 5x3 ft

Stock Status: In Stock

The Luftwaffe was the aerial warfare branch of the Wehrmacht. The German Empire's World War I-era army air force, the Luftstreitkräfte, and naval air units were disbanded under the term of the Treaty of Versailles. Reformed in 1935 the Luftwaffe grew to become one of the strongest, most doctrinally advanced, and most battle-experienced air forces in the world when World War II started in Europe in September 1939. After the defeat of the Third Reich the Luftwaffe was disbanded in 1946.

This is a screen printed flag, in bold, clear colours, made of 100% woven polyester. It has a double stitched hem around the flag, and a reinforced hem on the hanging side. Comes complete with 2 metal eyelets for hanging.
