In architecture, a gargoyle is a carved stone grotesque, usually made of granite,walls. Gargoyle originates from the French gargouille, which in English most likely means "throat" or is otherwise known as the "gullet". Grotesque is a sculpture that does not work as a waterspout and serves only an ornamental or artistic function. Gargoyles are said to scare off and protect from any evil or harmful spirits.
The Seven Deadly Sins, also known as the Capital Vices or Cardinal Sins, are concerning fallen humanity's tendency to sin. The currently recognized version of the sins are usually given as wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony.
